We work across the practical AI stack: commercial APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) where speed matters, and self-hosted open-source models (Llama, Mistral) where data privacy or unit economics demand it. That includes fine-tuning foundation models on domain data, and building speech pipelines with speech-to-text and text-to-speech for voice-enabled products.
Our AI work is grounded in production experience: we built one of Malaysia's first AI-based loan application and approval systems, and a digital avatar platform with a real-time voice loop (speech-to-text, LLM, text-to-speech), per-persona retrieval-augmented generation, and automated conversations on WhatsApp and Telegram.
