The Challenge
Small businesses in Malaysia face slow, paper-heavy loan applications spread across multiple lenders, each with its own forms and criteria. Applicants often wait weeks for a decision, and lenders spend most of that time on manual document checks.
What We Built
We built a one-stop financing portal with an AI-driven eligibility and risk-scoring engine at its core. Applications are assessed automatically, documents are verified through automated processing, and a multi-lender integration layer routes each application to the lenders most likely to approve it, with real-time status tracking for the applicant throughout.
The Outcome
The portal became one of Malaysia's first AI-based loan application and approval systems, cutting processing time by 70% and lifting approval rates by 35% across more than 500 SMEs served.
