The Challenge
A new cinema exhibitor entering the Malaysian market needed its entire operations stack (ticketing, concessions, kiosks and mobile) built from scratch, integrated, and ready for opening day. Off-the-shelf systems covered fragments of the workflow but nothing end to end.
What We Built
We delivered the complete platform: online and counter ticketing with real-time seat selection, an F&B point-of-sale with inventory management, self-service kiosk applications, iOS and Android apps built with React Native, and a loyalty and promotions engine, all running on shared APIs and a single source of operational data.
The Outcome
The exhibitor launched with a fully integrated system across five-plus platforms, transaction speeds 80% faster than counter-only flows, and customer satisfaction measured at 95%.
