Cloud-Native Infrastructure Migration
Architected and executed complete cloud infrastructure migration to AWS, implementing containerized microservices with automated deployment pipelines and comprehensive monitoring for enterprise applications.
The Challenge
An enterprise application estate running on fixed infrastructure was expensive to operate, slow to deploy, and fragile under traffic spikes. Deployments were manual and downtime was a routine cost of shipping.
What We Built
We architected and executed a full migration to AWS: applications containerized with Docker, orchestrated on Amazon ECS across multiple environments, fronted by S3 and CloudFront, and provisioned through Terraform. GitHub Actions pipelines automated testing, building and blue-green deployment, with monitoring and alerting across the stack.
The Outcome
The migration cut infrastructure costs by 60%, made deployments ten times faster, and eliminated deployment downtime, with 99.9% uptime since go-live.
