The Challenge
Enterprise HR teams struggle to measure and improve how employees actually experience work. Traditional annual surveys are too slow and too coarse to drive behaviour change across a large workforce.
What We Built
Working jointly with the platform provider, we built the behavioural analytics engine and engagement features: real-time performance dashboards, a gamification engine, digital nudges that prompt productive behaviours at the right moment, sentiment analysis, and integration with learning management systems.
The Outcome
The platform now serves more than 50 enterprise clients, with measured gains of 45% in employee engagement and 60% in workforce agility among adopting organisations.
